The new mobile application allows the public to submit anonymous tips via phone, web and SMS Text-a-Tip.  The iPhone app offers more powerful options than the existing SMS Text-a-Tip solution offers, allowing the public to easily auto-locate the nearest agency they can submit to or select one manually.  

Tips submitted through the app may also include uploaded images and video, and even establish an anonymous ongoing two-way dialog and real time chat with the receiving agency.  

There is no cost to the public to use this application and it will be released for additional mobile platforms in the coming months.
